  1. Operate and maintain automated systems for drug product manufacturing to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with automation equipment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Monitor and analyze data from automated processes to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations.
  5. Develop and execute validation protocols for new and existing automated systems.
  6. Train and mentor junior automation engineers on best practices and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all automation processes and procedures.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
  11. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of automation equipment.
  12. Support the implementation of new automation systems and equipment.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Automation Engineering Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Automation Systems, Including Plcs, Hmis, And Scada.

  • Experience With Validation And Qualification Processes For Automation Systems.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Analyze And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
