  1. Conduct analytical testing on drug products using a variety of techniques and instruments, such as HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug development projects and ensure timely delivery of analytical data.
  3. Perform method development and validation to support drug product development and release.
  4. Generate and maintain accurate and detailed records of all analytical data and results.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to analytical testing.
  6. Participate in laboratory investigations and root cause analysis to identify and resolve any deviations or out of specification results.
  7. Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytical techniques and technologies to continuously improve processes and methods.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on analytical techniques and procedures.
  10. Communicate effectively with project teams and management to provide updates on analytical activities and results.
  11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in the implementation of new processes and methods.
  12. Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all laboratory safety protocols.
  13. Prioritize and manage workload to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of results.
  14. Conduct all work in an ethical and professional manner, in line with company values and standards.
  15. Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to share knowledge and expertise, and provide input on projects and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Spectroscopy.

  • Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Cgmp Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Discuss Analytical Data With Colleagues And Clients.
