Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Statistics, Data Science, Or Related Field: The Candidate Should Possess A Master's Or Phd Degree In A Relevant Field, With A Strong Emphasis On Statistical Analysis And Data Manipulation.

  • Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Data Analyst Or Scientist, Ideally In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software And Programming Languages: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Statistical Software Such As Sas Or R, As Well As Programming Languages Such As Sql And Python.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry And Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Communicate Findings Effectively To Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems Related To Drug Development And Manufacturing.
