Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for bringing new and enhancing existing product offerings to Cass clients in an engaging, functional way, while collaborating with other departments and maintaining a keen awareness of product trends. Provides product vision by defining an evolutionary path for new or enhanced product offerings for Cass TIS. Conducts research and develops a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors. Develops user stories to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts to IT. May participate in the creation of documentation or user guides for new products.
