In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, driving cost savings, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across our organization.   1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidance.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to make informed procurement decisions.
  6. Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  7. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and innovations to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  9. Communicate and report on procurement activities and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Train and mentor junior procurement team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices and process improvements.
  14. Continuously evaluate and optimize procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement And/Or Strategic Sourcing Within A Fast-Paced And Global Organization.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Cost Reduction And Process Improvement.

  • Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams In Complex Procurement Projects.
