  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with acute care customers to understand their logistics needs and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  2. Utilize your expertise in logistics and the healthcare supply chain to provide strategic solutions and recommendations to customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute logistics strategies, including transportation management, inventory management, and data analytics.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of customer data and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on OptiFreight® Logistics services and solutions, providing comprehensive training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Actively monitor and report on key performance indicators, making recommendations for continuous improvement and cost savings.
  7. Travel to customer locations to conduct on-site assessments and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and customers.
  9. Drive adoption of OptiFreight® Logistics services, products, and programs to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  10. Represent Cardinal Health and OptiFreight® Logistics at industry events and conferences, promoting our services and building brand awareness.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the OptiFreight® Logistics team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing best practices, and offering innovative ideas for growth and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Account Management, Or Logistics In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Supply Chain And Distribution Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
