- Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively manage and grow relationships with key pharmacy accounts within the designated territory.
- Utilize industry knowledge and experience to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of Cardinal Health products and services to potential and current clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at pharmacy accounts, such as pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and directors.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to develop customized solutions for clients and address their specific needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings for clients to showcase the benefits and features of Cardinal Health products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Sales, Preferably In A Territory Management Role.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.
Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Key Players And Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Key Stakeholders.
