  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth in the OR Specialty Products division.

  3. Utilize market knowledge to identify potential customers and target specific accounts to expand the company's customer base.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential customers on the benefits and features of Cardinal Health's OR Specialty Products.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers, addressing any concerns or issues to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Utilize sales data and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to increase sales performance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote Cardinal Health's OR Specialty Products.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate and timely sales records, expense reports, and other required documentation.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and supporting the growth and development of team members.
