  8. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Spanish-speaking customers and colleagues.

  • Fluency In Spanish: The Ability To Communicate Effectively In Both Spoken And Written Spanish Is Essential For This Role, As The Pharmacy Support Analyst Will Be Responsible For Providing Support To Spanish-Speaking Customers And Colleagues.

  • Pharmacy Background: A Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations And Terminology Is Important For This Position, As The Support Analyst Will Be Working Closely With Pharmacists And Pharmacy Technicians To Troubleshoot Issues And Provide Solutions.
