  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cardinal Health's products and services for the Extended Care division.
  2. Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the post-acute and long-term care market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans and sales initiatives to achieve sales targets.
  5. Utilize effective communication skills to present Cardinal Health's solutions and value proposition to potential customers.
  6. Manage and track sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  7. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  9. Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and events to promote Cardinal Health's products and services and expand the customer base.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing best practices, ideas, and market insights.

  • Knowledge Of Extended Care Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Extended Care Industry, Including Products, Services, And Trends, To Effectively Sell Cardinal Health’s Offerings.

  • Proven Sales Experience: A Successful Inside Sales Associate Should Have A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. Previous Experience In Healthcare Sales Or Customer Service Is Preferred.
