Job Description

Under general supervision of the Director of Academic Budget Management, the Resource Analyst provides primary budget and fiscal operations support to the Division of Academic Affairs. The incumbent contributes to divisional budget planning, management, and support; prepares unit budgets for distribution; manages Academic Affairs central and discretionary accounts. Provides regular fiscal analysis of Academic Affairs budget allocation and distribution; serves as the expert in the Division on Questica budgeting software and Common Financials System (CFS) Data Warehouse and provides training to Division staff regarding both systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in CFS Data Warehouse and Questica (or similar budgeting system) preferred.

  • Three years of full-time, progressively responsible technical, analytical, or administrative experience.

  • Accounting or finances background is a plus.
