Building Service Engineer

The Building Service Engineer operates, maintains, repairs and inspects heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration and water systems; tests and chemically treats boiler, condenser, and chilled water. The incumbent maintains, inspects, diagnoses and makes emergency repairs to hydronic, natural gas, water, refrigerant, air distribution systems. Conducts emissions tests of boilers for proper operation and maintaining South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) requirements. Other duties as assigned.
