
Service Desk Analyst
At CACI International, we are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing technical and customer service support for our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, a customer-first attitude, and a technical background. Responsibilities of a Service Desk Analyst:
- Provide technical and customer service support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and document customer interactions in a clear and organized way.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve the quality of customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are satisfactorily resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, to ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and products to ensure customers are receiving the best service.
