Job Description

At CACI International, we are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing technical and customer service support for our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, a customer-first attitude, and a technical background. If you have a passion for helping clients and resolving customer issues, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities of a Service Desk Analyst:

  1. Provide technical and customer service support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain customer records and document customer interactions in a clear and organized way.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve the quality of customer service.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are satisfactorily resolved.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, to ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Stay up to date with new technologies and products to ensure customers are receiving the best service.
