We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong customer service focus and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate well and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for creating, managing, and communicating detailed project plans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting project deliverables. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. This individual must also have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:

  1. Create detailed project plans and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  4. Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  5. Coordinate all aspects of service delivery.
  6. Monitor progress and adjust project plans as needed.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service.
  8. Keep accurate records of all projects and activities.
  9. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
