Senior Capture Manager

CACI International is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Capture Manager to join our Strategic Solutions Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead capture efforts for large-scale, complex opportunities. The successful candidate will be a critical member of CACI’s proposal teams and will have the challenging and rewarding opportunity to shape the future of our organization.To be successful in this role, the Senior Capture Manager will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in capture/business development in the government market and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) market. The ideal candidate will have experience leading capture efforts for large, complex opportunities, and will have a proven track record of successful wins. The Senior Capture Manager must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a strong leader and mentor to the capture team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead capture efforts for large-scale, complex opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key executives and customers.
3. Create capture plans and strategies to ensure successful wins.
4. Develop and ensure adherence to capture and proposal budgets.
5. Lead capture team activities and mentor other members of the capture team.
6. Manage and coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure successful capture and proposal delivery.
7. Identify potential capture opportunities and develop business plans for pursuing them.
8. Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
9. Analyze competitive landscape and develop win strategies.
10. Develop and deliver presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
