Senior Business Analyst

At CACI International, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help us take our business operations to the next level. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, who is able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and teams. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to identify and develop innovative solutions, develop processes and procedures, and analyze data to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Having experience in business process improvement, financial analysis, and/or project management is an added plus.

• Monitor and analyze current business processes and suggest improvements

• Utilize project management tools and techniques to ensure timely execution of projects

• Provide regular updates and reports on projects and initiatives
