Scrum Master

At CACI International, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team is working effectively and efficiently within the Scrum framework.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role and a strong understanding of Agile methodology. You must possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to foster collaboration and consensus. Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Monitor and ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently within the Scrum framework.
3. Provide guidance and mentoring to the team to ensure successful adoption of Agile methodology.
4. Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress.
5. Proactively identify areas of improvement and promote continuous improvement.
6. Create and maintain necessary metrics to measure team performance.
7. Ensure that the team is delivering quality products in a timely manner.
8. Foster and maintain positive working relationships between team members.
9. Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders.
10. Assist the Product Owner with grooming the product backlog.
