Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the organization’s resource management processes, including developing and executing plans to recruit, retain, and motivate qualified personnel.
2. Monitor resource utilization and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal productivity.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure resources are allocated appropriately and projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient management of resources.
5. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
6. Provide guidance and direction to staff and serve as a mentor and role model to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
7. Track and analyze data related to resource management and present findings and suggestions to senior management.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
