
Organizational Change Management Lead
CACI International is looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead who is passionate about making a positive impact on our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of organizational changes. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of how people go through a change, and be able to assess and anticipate the impact of organizational changes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in organizational change management, with proven experience in leading change management activities throughout the organization. You should have excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from all levels of the organization. A Bachelor's degree in organizational development, change management, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, experience with change management tools and techniques is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute organizational change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Follow change management processes to assess and anticipate the impact of organizational changes.
- Develop and implement effective communication plans to support change management efforts.
- Create and provide change management training to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of organizational change processes.
- Identify and address barriers to successful change.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
- Utilize change management tools and techniques to effectively manage the organizational change process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational development and change management best practices.
- Prepare and present reports and analysis on organizational change initiatives.
