
ITSM Process Analyst
CACI International is looking for an experienced and self-motivated ITSM Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and systems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have a passion for process improvement and have a thorough understanding of ITIL best practices. Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, implement, and optimize ITSM processes and systems.
- Solve complex IT problems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Learn new technologies quickly and stay current on industry trends.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
- Monitor performance of ITSM processes and systems and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITSM processes and systems.
- Prepare reports and documentation on ITSM processes and systems.
- Maintain ITSM process and system data integrity.
