Job Description

CACI International is seeking an experienced and driven Integrated Service Desk Technician who will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users of the company's various services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented and able to keep up with the ever-changing technology landscape.The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience working as a technical service desk technician or equivalent role. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field is strongly preferred. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware components, and customer service principles. Knowledge of remote access tools, such as VPNs, and experience with ticketing systems are a plus. The candidate should have a professional and personable attitude and the ability to think quickly and efficiently in difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to end-users of company services
  2. Troubleshoot complex problems and deliver solutions in a timely manner
  3. Ensure end-user satisfaction with technical support services
  4. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion
  5. Adhere to customer service principles
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies
  7. Maintain knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware components, and customer service principles
  8. Utilize remote access tools, such as VPNs, and ticketing systems
  9. Provide professional and personable customer service
  10. Think quickly and efficiently in difficult situations
