
Integrated Service Desk Technician
CACI International is seeking an experienced and driven Integrated Service Desk Technician who will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users of the company's various services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented and able to keep up with the ever-changing technology landscape.The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience working as a technical service desk technician or equivalent role. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field is strongly preferred. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware components, and customer service principles. Knowledge of remote access tools, such as VPNs, and experience with ticketing systems are a plus. The candidate should have a professional and personable attitude and the ability to think quickly and efficiently in difficult situations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users of company services
