3. Investigating and resolving employee grievances.
4. Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to personnel matters.
5. Evaluating and ensuring compliance with labor contracts.
6. Assisting with the preparation of job descriptions and performance reviews.
7. Assisting with the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
8. Developing and implementing employee wellness initiatives.
9. Creating and maintaining accurate employee records.
10. Analyzing employee data and providing reports on trends and insights.
