
Help Desk/ Business Systems Analyst
At CACI International, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized Help Desk/ Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This individual must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to effectively collaborate with our diverse team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT field and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest industry trends. The Help Desk/ Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users, troubleshooting system and software issues, and managing service requests. This individual will also be responsible for analyzing existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role• In-depth knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong customer service orientation• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users.
- Troubleshoot system and software issues.
- Manage service requests.

- Maintain up to date knowledge of the latest industry trends.
- Develop and document system processes and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and recommend solutions for improvement.
