Job Description

CACI International is looking for a Cyber Service Desk Specialist to join our team! We're looking for a customer service-oriented individual who is passionate about technology and has the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.To qualify for this position, you must have at least three years of experience in a service desk or help desk position, be knowledgeable in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, and have a bachelor's degree in a related field. Additionally, experience with Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and network protocols is highly desired.If you have a dedication to customer service and the technical skills to quickly identify and resolve system issues, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.
  2. Troubleshoot complex computer hardware and software issues.
  3. Monitor and respond to service desk tickets quickly and efficiently.
  4. Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
  5. Implement best practices for service delivery.
  6. Manage Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and network protocols.
  7. Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of help desk operations.
  8. Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  9. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer-related issues.
  10. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
