Computer Systems Analyst

In this role, you will use your expertise in computer systems and technology to diagnose hardware and software issues, analyze system performance, and develop solutions to ensure our systems are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, researching the latest technologies, and providing technical support to our customers.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of computer systems and hardware, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose hardware and software issues and develop solutions to ensure system performance • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Research the latest technologies and provide technical support to customers • Analyze system performance and identify potential areas for improvement • Create documentation for technical processes and procedures • Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance • Work independently and collaboratively with other team members • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of hardware and software applications
