Job Description

The Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics is charged with the task of coordinating and leading the institutional data analytics and performance monitoring efforts. You will lead all technical and tactical initiatives related to institutional analytics and will have direct line leadership responsibilities for the analysts and developers. Identify, understand, and track key KPIs. Provide strategic insights and analysis relating to market penetration, product development/enhancement, etc. Own and manage financial forecasting processes including timeline, analysis, and reporting across business units and functional areas. Work with other department leaders to establish goals, align priorities and define departmental processes. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Transportation industry experience strongly preferred.

  • 3-5 years managing a Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse team.

  • 3-5 years developing database solutions using TSQL and/or PL/SQL.

  • 1-2 years managing a team of analysts in a fast paced, project oriented environment.
