Job Description

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can also build and inspire producers to create their best work in an evolving environment where video content continues to become more personal, interactive, and engaging with our global audience. Understand producers’ strengths and align multiple video teams for an organized production workflow with production, studio operations, and post production leads. Manage creative direction to align with our audience, while developing new innovative formats and IP. Manage an amazing team of leaders in their management, innovation, organizational, technical, and brand defining skills. Develop models for creative video production that create a flexible organization that can build on new project-based initiatives quickly. Lead teams to crack new repeatable formats across multiple channels and platforms. Develop an efficient model to create flexibility and maximize our creative talent.

Job Qualifications

10+ years of experience with video creation
5+ years in managing large teams across multiple brands/franchises; should have experience managing teams of 35+
Experience leading org-wide policies for an ever-evolving editorial practice
Experience developing team goals to focus on new success metrics (platform revenue, direct sales, watchtime, loyalty, etc.)
