Service/Profit Manager

As a Service/Profit Manager, you will be responsible for upholding our high standards of customer service and operational excellence while ensuring maximum profitability.We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service/management role and a proven track record of success in the hospitality or restaurant industry. The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once is a must. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and strives to exceed expectations.

-Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
