  1. Greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns guests may have.
  3. Assist in creating a welcoming and clean dining area for guests.
  4. Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to answer any questions guests may have.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
  6. Assist in preparing and delivering food and drinks to guests.
  7. Ensure all tables and dining areas are clean and well-stocked.
  8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  9. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of restrooms.
  10. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  11. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  15. Continuously strive to provide exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Job Qualifications
