- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist servers and bartenders with various tasks, such as refilling drinks, clearing tables, and running food
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Monitor and address any guest concerns or issues, escalating them to management if necessary
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, keeping up with high-volume periods and prioritizing tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful shift
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and specials to answer any guest questions
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment
- Continuously strive to improve and exceed guest satisfaction goals.
Strong Communication Skills: A Service Assistant At Buffalo Wild Wings Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members In A Fast-Paced And Often Noisy Environment.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable For A Service Assistant, As They Will Be Responsible For Ensuring A Positive Dining Experience For All Guests.
Teamwork And Collaboration: The Ability To Work Well In A Team And Collaborate With Other Staff Members Is Essential For A Service Assistant, As They Will Be Working Closely With Servers, Bartenders, And Kitchen Staff.
Attention To Detail: Service Assistants Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Multitask In A High-Pressure Environment To Ensure All Tasks Are Completed Accurately And In A Timely Manner.
