In this role, you will be responsible for creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests, delivering orders and providing overall excellent service. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and inviting manner and ensure their dining experience is an enjoyable one.
2. Take customer orders, provide recommendations and answer any questions they may have about the restaurant's menu.
3. Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system and deliver orders to tables in a timely manner.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or complaints.
5. Work with the rest of the service team to ensure a smooth-running shift.
6. Assist with cleaning and organizing the dining area and side work as needed.
7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
8. Manage cash and credit/debit card transactions.
