Hospitality Manager

We are looking for a professional, highly motivated Hospitality Manager to join the Buffalo Wild Wings team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and a desire to create a great guest experience. In this role, the Hospitality Manager will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations including greeting guests, seating guests, and providing exceptional customer service. The Hospitality Manager will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant such as operations, training, scheduling, and profitability.We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality management role, excellent communication and customer service skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also have a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities:

9. Monitor food and beverage quality and accuracy.
10. Track and analyze sales and customer feedback.
11. Create and implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
12. Manage budgets and maintain financial records.
