Hospitality Manager

Responsibilities:

3. Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure that all customer service and hospitality standards are met.
4. Plan and coordinate special events and promotional activities.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a consistent level of customer service.
6. Monitor inventory levels of food, beverage, and supplies.
7. Manage budgets and financials.
8. Train, motivate, and supervise staff.
9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
10. Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
