Hospitality Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Hospitality Manager to join our team at Buffalo Wild Wings. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, bar, and take-out areas to ensure a high-quality experience for guests.

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage front-of-house staff.

• Ensure that all staff adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Monitor service and customer satisfaction levels, responding to complaints and making improvements where necessary.

• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

• Maintain excellent communication with the kitchen and other departments.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

• Manage the restaurant’s budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring that all costs are kept within budget.

• Ensure the restaurant’s compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
