1. Greet and welcome guests to Buffalo Wild Wings in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist guests with orders and payment processing.
3. Display a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
4. Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly attend to any concerns.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
7. Provide assistance to other team members as needed.
8. Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
