Greeter / Cashier

Responsibilities:

1. Greet all guests in a friendly, professional manner and make them feel welcome.
2. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
3. Process orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Ensure that all guests are properly checked out and that all payments are processed accurately.
5. Monitor the restaurant area for cleanliness and safety.
6. Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining restaurant equipment.
7. Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
8. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the menu and menu items.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and remain calm in difficult situations.
