Greeter / Cashier Responsibilities:

-Answer guest inquiries and provide guidance on menu selections and specials. -Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently to process orders and payments. -Maintain a clean and organized work area. -Ensure all safety and sanitation protocols are followed. -Manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. -Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times. -Handle customer complaints and feedback in a courteous and professional manner. -Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
