Greeter / Cashier

At Buffalo Wild Wings, our team of Greeter / Cashiers are the first to welcome and last to thank our guests. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide excellent customer service at all times.
2. Take orders for food and beverages, accurately enter them into the restaurant's POS system, and process payments.
3. Ensure customers are satisfied with their orders and resolve any complaints or issues they may have.
4. Maintain a neat and organized workspace and be knowledgeable of restaurant menu items.
5. Follow safety and sanitation regulations in accordance with company policies and local law.
6. Stay up to date on restaurant promotions and communicate them to customers.
7. Assist restaurant staff with tasks such as stocking shelves, cleaning tables, and busing dishes.
8. Monitor customer flow and seating in order to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
