Greeter / Cashier

We are looking for a Greeter/Cashier to be the face of our restaurant, create an inviting atmosphere, and provide excellent customer service.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a restaurant setting, a friendly and outgoing personality, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer any customer inquiries.
3. Manage the cash register, process payments, and provide accurate change.
4. Stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
6. Communicate special orders to kitchen staff and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor dining areas to ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.
8. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
9. Ensure all safety and health regulations are followed.
10. Assist with other duties as needed.
