Responsibilities:

2. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and revenue.
3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, food quality, and portion control.
4. Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the restaurant’s services and offerings.
5. Monitor the restaurant’s budget and financial performance.
6. Supervise and train restaurant staff, including hiring and performance management.
7. Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations.
8. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
9. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
