Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the department, including hiring, scheduling, and training personnel.
2. Develop and manage budgets for the department, ensuring that financial goals are met.
3. Develop and execute plans for increasing department revenue and promoting organizational growth.
4. Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas.
5. Monitor performance metrics to ensure that targets are met and take corrective action when necessary.
6. Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
7. Lead team meetings and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
8. Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
9. Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
