10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
11. Upsell additional menu items or promotions to increase sales.
12. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
13. Communicate any supply or equipment needs to management in a timely manner.
14. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
15. Participate in training and development programs to improve job knowledge and skills.
16. Maintain a positive and teamwork-oriented attitude at all times.
17. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
18. Handle opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and reporting.
19. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
20. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
