  1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' needs and concerns.
  3. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and process payments using the POS system.
  4. Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  6. Communicate any guest concerns or special requests to the appropriate team members.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and dining area.
  8. Assist with restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
  9. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests.
  10. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  11. Uphold and promote the Buffalo Wild Wings brand and culture.
  12. Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
  13. Handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure during busy and fast-paced shifts.
  14. Continuously strive to improve customer service and efficiency.
