Responsibilities: • Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner and provide them with an enjoyable dining experience • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to customer requests and following recipes • Ensure compliance with all state and local laws pertaining to the sale of alcohol • Maintain a professional and clean work environment • Keep track of inventory and restock bar items as needed • Process payments and handle cash accurately • Monitor guests for excessive alcohol consumption • Address customer complaints quickly and professionally • Perform opening and closing duties as needed
