Job Description

Develop and manage the overall experience on Buckmason.com. Digest business requirements from business stakeholder teams and develop interactive prototypes that achieve business goals within the constraints of the style guide requirements provided by the internal creative team. Work to design experiences that reflect a clear understanding of the underlying business goals, user needs, project/Buck Mason brand identity, and creative vision. Work in partnership and collaboration with the Buck Mason creative team while fulfilling requirements driven by the ecommerce and marketing teams. Present user experience and user interface design solutions to internal and external stakeholders to drive interactive change. Oversee the preparation of development-ready design files on schedule and in a clear, actionable package. Draft UI specifications documentation as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong background with 4+ years of digital design experience with a specific focus on UX/UI website applications

  • A solid understanding of designing for web and mobile and best practice-usability principles

  • Experience working with front-end development teams as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly.
