- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales coaching programs and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and coaching initiatives to senior management.
- Collaborate with HR to assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Attend sales meetings and provide input and feedback on sales strategies and tactics.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In A Coaching Or Training Role.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Performance And Achieving Targets.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Techniques And Strategies, Including Experience With Various Sales Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coach And Motivate Sales Teams.
