
Propositions Manager, Service & Loyalty

- Develop and implement strategic propositions that drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and launch new products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our propositions are competitive and relevant.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve and refine our propositions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective messaging and promotional strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end process of proposition development, from ideation to launch.
- Develop and manage budgets for propositions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Use data and analytics to measure the success of propositions and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive innovation and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on proposition performance and progress.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the development and execution of propositions.
- Mentor and support team members to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Or Service Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Needs And Market Trends.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products Or Services.
Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty.
