  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive gaming strategy for BT Group, focused on driving subscription-based revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new gaming opportunities and partnerships.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the gaming industry.
  4. Utilize data and insights to inform decision-making and continuously optimize gaming propositions.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing gaming products and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for gaming propositions, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming partners and vendors.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and incorporate them into the gaming strategy.
  9. Lead the development and launch of new gaming products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business goals.
  10. Create and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for gaming initiatives.
  11. Monitor and analyze competitor activity in the gaming market, and use insights to inform strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on gaming and subscription-based business models, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  13. Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective marketing and promotional campaigns for gaming products.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements for the gaming proposition development and management process.
  15. Champion a customer-centric approach to gaming, ensuring that all propositions are designed to meet the needs and preferences of our target audience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Gaming Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Subscription-Based Business Models And Experience Managing Subscription Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Product Propositions In A Highly Competitive Market.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
