  1. Develop and implement product strategies for BT Group's gaming network, in line with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the development of new features and enhancements for the gaming network, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the gaming industry.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the gaming network.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on product development progress.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to identify potential partnerships and collaborations.
  8. Ensure timely and successful launch of new products and features, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  9. Monitor and analyze product performance, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and proactively identify and propose new product opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Gaming Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaming Market Trends And Dynamics, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches.

  • Excellent Project Management And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And Product Management Tools, Such As Jira And Confluence.
