Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Or Hr Leadership Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Organizational Design Principles, Including Workforce Planning, Job Analysis, And Performance Management.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Organizational Change Initiatives And Driving Culture Transformation.
